I’ve been paying for this for several months. But lately I’m not sure why. I never know what will be working. One day I can go in and all of the sprayers and rollers be working. The next day half of it isn’t working. I thought I needed to upgrade my membership. So I did, now I’m paying even more per month for my car to literally just be rinsed?? The soap smells like machinery (smells reused) the roller at the end that is supposed to go over the top of the car hasn’t touched my car in over a month. I’ll watch it get the car in front but it doesn’t lower when my car approaches. It is NOT worth the money.

I've been going for about 2 months now, about twice a week. It's always very clean and drive through wash has never had any malfunctions. They offer towels to wipe down your car, window spray & interior spray, vacuums, & air for your tires. Fyi-I got the monthly membership, which initially was $22, but after that it went to $40 (it stated that on the paper I was handed when I signed up, but failed to read) so when I was going to cancel online, I got it back down to $22).

There’s always suds on the back of my car after every wash. And today my back windshield wiper was ripped off. It’s completely broken and unable to reattach. I was told by employees that there is nothing that can be done to help me, or to make up for the accident - and that I will have to pay to have this fixed. I called customer service and they told me to go back in to fill out an incident report. The manager discouraged me from filling one out - saying he knew he would personally not be approving it due to their 3 year old make and model policy. I filled one out anyway just to have documentation… I understand the policy, I’m more so disappointed in the lack of compassion. Especially as I’m a paying VIP member. I’m cancelling the subscription and sticking to car washes that have better customer service and reliable outcomes.

This was my first time at this business because i heard decent reviews of them, my initial greeting was horrible, the lady was very rude and kept cutting me off while i was trying to figure out if they accepted cash. My whole experience was very rushed and i felt as if i was pressured into paying a certain way, while pulling around the line my car was quiet literally stuffed into the line. After the wash my car was still visibly dirty, after returning to the line the lady’s attitude was even worse. Awful experience. I would never recommend this car wash to anybody, I spent my money here and i regret it when i was just trying to show support to a local business, I will stick to mikes.

Really nice place but the wash was terrible. My truck is still dirty, and I have frozen soap everywhere. The dryers were really weak then they have this roller that goes only on the top to dry it. Added pictures and video to show how bad it was. I'll never go back and ready other comments it seems to be a common occurrence.
